Terms of Use

Use of the TonyeTrade website and the acquisition of any inventory constitutes a binding agreement to the following terms. These conditions are designed to protect the integrity of the hobby and the assets of TonyeTrade Enterprises, LLC.

1. Market Volatility & Pricing

The vintage sports card and comic book market is inherently volatile. TonyeTrade reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice based on auction results, secondary market shifts, or grading population changes. Once a checkout is completed and payment is processed, the price is locked and will be honored barring any technical error.

2. Inventory Race Conditions (1-of-1 Assets)

Due to the nature of our inventory (unique, 1-of-1 historical artifacts), it is possible for two collectors to attempt to purchase the same item simultaneously. In the event of a "race condition" where a single item is sold twice before the system updates inventory, TonyeTrade reserves the right to cancel and fully refund one of the orders. Preference is generally given to the timestamp of the first completed payment settlement.

3. Grading & Authenticity

For items graded by Third-Party Authenticators (PSA, SGC, CGC), the grade assigned is the opinion of the grading company. TonyeTrade does not guarantee that an item will cross-over to a different grading company at the same numeric grade. For raw (ungraded) items, our descriptions are professional opinions based on decades of experience, but remain subjective in nature.

4. Return Policy

• Graded Items (Slabs): All sales of items graded by PSA, SGC, or CGC are final. We do not accept returns on slabbed items unless an error was made in the listing (e.g., wrong card sent).
• Raw Items: Returns on raw (ungraded) cards are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the card is returned in the exact condition it was sent. The buyer is responsible for fully insured return shipping.
• Tamper-Evident Seals: Any item returned with a broken or tampered TonyeTrade security seal will be rejected for refund.

5. International Orders & Customs

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. TonyeTrade will not falsify customs declarations. All international shipments are sent DDU (Deliviered Duty Unpaid) unless otherwise arranged.

6. Order Cancellation

TonyeTrade reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to: suspicion of fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify shipping address.

7. Limitation of Liability

TonyeTrade Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any psychological distress, market losses, or missed opportunities resulting from the loss or damage of an artifact. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
